Do you charge tax?
Yes. Sales tax (GST/HST) is added at checkout based on where your business is.
I have more than one store.
Each store has its own subscription and its own free trial. You manage them all from one account.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. PingPaid never sees your card number. You get a receipt by email each year.
Can I subscribe during my trial?
Yes. Your first charge happens when the trial ends, so you don't lose any free days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. PingPaid keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for, then orders go back to being confirmed by hand.
